Summer work in Plumbing, Sprinkler fitting or Steam/Pipefitting

Grade 11 or 12 students interested in Plumbing, Sprinkler fitting or Steam/Pipefitting may want to consider the United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 324 Youth Employment Program which begins this summer.     They are looking for students that have a great attitude, willing to learn, responsible, and can work in a team environment.  As well students should be preferably in grade 11 or 12.  Student in grade 12  and graduating are more likely to be signed as a youth apprentice, if they continue with work and are above the age of 18. These positions pay $19.23/hour plus 4% vacation pay.
Interested students can pick up an application in the Career Centre.  Completed applications are to be handed into Ms. Giesbrecht who will set up a time to have a meeting with Kevin Blecic our District Trades Coordinator.
