Springboards provide an opportunity for students to spend a day exploring potential career paths with our community partners. This is a great opportunity to connect you with professionals currently working in the industry. You will have the chance to find out about their path, what programs and tools should you be exploring, the education required for a given career and what a day looks like in a given career. Most Springboards run once per school year and are open to Greater Victoria high school students in most grades.
